Boardroom style
If consider the earlier time, boardroom style is considered to be boring where people used to be compelled to listen to the angry not so loved boss, but the present modern boardroom layouts are stunning and more exciting. It generally involves a rectangular or oval shaped table with matching chairs.
These are ideal for distinct sorts of meetings
These are suitable for the small meeting including 5-20 people. As it has only one centre table, the attendees are concentrated and can interact easily and can make the meetings productive. It has limited space so not suitable for a large number of individuals. Audio video presentations are not proven effective in this sort of rooms.
The classroom style
A meeting room in classroom style is ideal and convenient for more individuals with a middle speaker. It involves rows of chairs with some small tables facing towards the speaker, generally in the front. The meeting room tables can be used for placing laptops, notepads, mobile, etc.
These are best when your office includes training sessions.
In such rooms, all are facing towards the front so the speaker is able to make eye contact with the listeners easily. But, it is difficult for listeners to talk with each other.
